Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Possess a current DOE certification as an SLP
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of speech/language intervention for school-age children
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting
- Flexible and adaptable to changing caseloads and school assignments
What You’ll Do:
- Assess students for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) to support student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Provide both individual and group therapeutic services
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to support holistic student success
