Position Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow)
Location: Los Angeles, California
Schedule: Full-Time
Contract Dates: 08/12/2026 – 06/04/2027
Caseload: Approximately 50–60 Students
School Assignments: Multiple school assignments; some positions may be itinerant
Position Summary
We are seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or CF) to provide speech and language services to students within school-based settings throughout the Los Angeles, California area. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, treatment notes, and service logs
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team conferences
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, psychologists, occupational therapists, and parents regarding student progress and intervention strategies
Monitor student progress and modify therapy plans as needed
Support students across assigned campuses; travel between schools may be required for itinerant positions
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations and timelines
Maintain confidentiality of student records and information
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required
California SLP Teaching Credential required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Additional Information
Caseloads generally range from 50–60 students
Some assignments may require travel between multiple school sites
Assessment materials reimbursement available through Soliant
Candidates should budget approximately $2,500 for assessment materials reimbursement eligibility
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift materials up to 25 pounds
Ability to travel between assigned campuses if required
