Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking two dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time opportunities include one Rural SLP position serving TK–8th grade students across multiple rural school sites and one Preschool SLP position serving students ages 3–5 at a single school site. Join a collaborative Special Education team consisting of three SLPs and one SLPA dedicated to supporting student success.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Hourly pay range: $45-$60 an hour (based on experience and qualifications)
* Weekly pay

Position Details:
* Openings: 2
* 2026–2027 school year
* Possible extended school year opportunities
* Caseload: Approximately 35–45 students
* Rural SLP position serving TK–8th grade students across multiple school sites
* Preschool SLP position serving students ages 3–5 at one school site
* Collaborative SPED department with 3 SLPs and 1 SLPA
* Bilingual candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
* Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
