Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oakland, CA

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
- Previous experience working with school-age children is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Attending and contributing to IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Providing support and strategies for classroom staff to facilitate carry-over
