School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Long Beach, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, case managers, and families to support student learning and progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, student planning sessions, and professional development as needed
