Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome to apply
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for making a positive difference in students’ lives
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, adhering to IEP requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Provide consultative guidance and resources for classroom staff to implement language and communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
