School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Evanston, Illinois

Required Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) valid in IL
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Passion for working with K-12 students across a variety of communication needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and screenings as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and support personnel to facilitate student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
