Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid (or eligible) state licensure for Illinois
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while engaging collaboratively with educational teams
Position Details & Responsibilities:
- Serve students across three locations:
• Lake in the Hills: 16 students, approx. 15 hours per week
• Morton Grove: 9 students, 5–7 hours per week
• Oak Lawn: 29 students, approx. 15–20 hours per week - Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
