- Current Illinois SLP license and PEL (Professional Educator License)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience or interest in working within K-12 educational settings
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and tailor interventions for individual needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to students with various communication challenges
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and developing effective goals
