Blazer Jobs is a nationwide Special Education staffing organization that partners with school districts to provide specialized services for students with IEPs. We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for multiple full-time, school-based contract positions in San Francisco, California for the upcoming school year.

Assignments vary by school site and may include elementary, middle, or high school settings, as well as itinerant and site-based roles. Caseload size and student needs differ by placement.

Position Details

  • Full-time, school-based contract positions
  • 2026–2027 school year (high chance of renewal)
  • Assignments include anywhere from Early Childhood to Transition
  • Caseloads consist of mild to moderate and/or moderate to severe needs

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California PPS Credential in Speech-Language Pathology Services required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • Clinical Fellows may be considered if PPS-eligible and approved by the district

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals
  • Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
