Speech Pathology - Russiaville, IN

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Indiana state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across K–12th grades
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, parents, and fellow SLPs to ensure best practices
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and professional development as required
