Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric or PreK populations preferred
- Comfortable with school-based caseloads and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to PreK students
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely progress records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment for every child’s success
