Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bridgewater, NJ

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for schools
- Clinical Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience or training in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in early childhood settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for PreK students
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services within the school
- Document progress and update goals in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive experience for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Offer guidance to support staff and fellow SLPs, particularly for those in a CFY
