Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one
- SLP-CCC or candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable with PreK caseloads and collaborating with other school staff
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for preschool-aged students with a variety of communication needs
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and IEPs
- Work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and ensure student success
- Complete timely and accurate assessments, documentation, and progress reports in line with school district requirements
- Deliver services in group or individual settings as appropriate, adapting methods for diverse learners
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school environment
