Requirements:
- Active Maryland SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- CCC or Clinical Fellow candidates accepted
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite
- Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Flexibility to serve across multiple school sites (include home ZIP code in application)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students per Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Manage a dynamic caseload across several schools in the district
