Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Maryland SLP License.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
- Prior experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
- Committed to providing onsite services (remote options are not available).
- Ability to adapt services across multiple school locations as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver targeted therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines.
- Provide direct intervention and consultative services for students with speech-language needs.
- Travel between assigned schools within the district during work hours.
