What You’ll Need:
- Active Maryland SLP License
- Possession of, or eligibility for, the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Willingness and ability to work onsite at multiple school locations (be ready to provide your ZIP code)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress in speech, language, and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records, document student progress, and comply with district and state guidelines
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet student needs across various ages and learning environments
