Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Maryland SLP License required
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year status
- Previous direct experience in K-12 educational environments strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to onsite service delivery throughout the assignment period
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Monitor student progress, adjust strategies, and document interventions
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams
- Engage families in the therapy process and provide resources
