Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Long Valley, NJ

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold (or be eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status; open to new graduates who are eager to learn
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred
- New Jersey state SLP licensure, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Solid understanding of early childhood communication disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Strong skills in collaboration, organization, and communication within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to PreK students with a variety of communication challenges
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students’ speech-language development and maximize educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student growth and recommendations
