Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Hackettstown, New Jersey

The initial assignment will cover the first semester, with a strong possibility for extension based on need and performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, is highly valued
- Knowledge and understanding of IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams
- Valid New Jersey SLP licensure or eligibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to preschool students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Write and maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support early intervention strategies and utilize evidence-based practices
- Contribute to a positive learning environment that fosters growth and inclusion for all children
