Step into a dynamic educational setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position provides the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators while making a lasting impact in students’ communication and academic success. There are two full-time roles available, and candidates able to begin as soon as possible are encouraged to apply. Interviews are scheduled to take place after spring break, starting April 3rd.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior school-based SLP experience with K-12 populations valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy and interventions according to IEP requirements
  • Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
  • Maintain timely and thorough records of progress, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Educate and advise staff and families on techniques and resources
  • Offer support for both group and individual sessions as needed across a diverse K-12 caseload
