School Speech Therapist | Port Angeles, Washington

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Recent experience supporting students in a school setting
- Comfort working with K-12 students across a range of abilities
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on IEP goals
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with student needs
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support teachers and staff with strategies for student communication growth
- Engage in IEP meetings as a resource on speech and language goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment conducive to student progress
