Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but open to recent graduates with clinical experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Conduct therapy both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to support student success
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services provided
