As an SLP, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week throughout the academic year, with caseload details to be shared soon. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid licensure for SLPs in Washington State, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working in school-based settings with children and adolescents
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cohesively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting speech-language assessments and interpreting results
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Delivering direct and consultative SLP services, including tailored therapy sessions
- Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Participating in IEP meetings, staffings, and professional development as needed
