Speech and Language Pathologist - Tacoma, WA

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering student success and inclusivity
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and assessments
- Serve as a resource to school personnel and families regarding speech-language concerns
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and district trainings
