Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license for Washington state
- ESA Certification (or willingness to obtain, if required)
- Previous experience in K-12 schools preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for student progress are highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Flexibility in adapting to evolving caseloads and school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student population
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain timely, compliant, and accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized goal setting
- Offer both direct and consultative therapy as assigned
