Speech-Language Pathologist in Sedro Woolley, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to diverse populations and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students with suspected communication disorders and develop personalized therapy goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective IEPs and support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and student records
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a trusted resource for communication strategies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that values each child’s unique abilities
