Speech Therapist in Sebring, FL
Step into a dynamic educational environment providing vital speech-language services to students across K-12 grade levels. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity beginning August 2026 and continuing through May 2027. You will foster communication and learning in a supportive school setting, assisting students in reaching their unique potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state license and CCC certification required
- Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver services in accordance with school and state regulations
