Speech Language Pathologist in Sebastian, FL
Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists in a well-supported educational environment for the current 2026-2027 school year. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Florida (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working within the school setting
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school policies
- Maintain open, proactive communication with teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress and comply with state, district, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
