Speech Language Pathologist in Seaside, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California SLP state licensure
- CCC-SLP or eligible CFY status
- Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
- Support students’ academic and social development through effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
