Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted therapy services to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create supportive learning strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and document progress per school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development opportunities
