School Speech Language Pathologist - Ocala, FL

Role Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
- Skilled in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students PreK–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insight on goals and student needs
- Provide direct and consultative services based on student caseload requirements
- Offer guidance and education to staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
