Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Santee, California

Qualifications:
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Competency working with pediatric populations, particularly within elementary school settings
- Ability to deliver services to students with mild and moderate disabilities
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills with staff and families
- Commitment to onsite, in-person support throughout the full contract term
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, therapy, and intervention to a caseload of 55 elementary students
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress, evaluations, and compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Engage in ongoing consultation and training with school staff and parents to support student outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team consultations, and professional development opportunities
