School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Daly City, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educational teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions for K-12 students
- Develop and carry out IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Maintain documentation and manage compliance for approximately 9 student cases
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student needs
- Communicate goals, progress, and strategies effectively to stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an integral member of the educational team
