What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool and elementary-aged children.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with age-appropriate, student-centered goals.
Provide engaging, play-based, and direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.
Collaborate closely with early childhood educators, elementary teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
What We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active California SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain).
California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential is required.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome!
Previous experience or a strong interest in working with preschool and elementary populations is highly preferred.
