Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hayward, CA

You’ll play a key role in serving a diverse student population, working 3-3.5 days per week with approximately 30 students on your caseload. Case management duties will extend to a focused group of around 9 students, allowing for meaningful connections and targeted support.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to monitor student progress
- Develop and update individualized plans and case manage approximately 9 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and timely reports
- Participate in relevant IEP meetings and professional development activities
