What we’re seeking:
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license (California)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting preferred
• Skilled in assessments, IEPs, and individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Ability to case manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to meet diverse student needs and changing schedules
What you’ll do:
• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 30 students
• Case manage about 9 students—including evaluations, IEP meetings, and ongoing progress tracking
• Conduct detailed assessments, develop treatment plans, and set individualized goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain meticulous records, data, and reports for compliance and student improvement
• Provide consultative input and support to the educational team
• Champion communication skills and inclusion within the school community
