School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fremont, California

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking meaningful work with students in a supportive educational setting near Fremont, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll provide direct and indirect speech-language services for a caseload of around 30 students and serve as case manager for approximately 9 students.
Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule, working 3 to 3.5 days per week, with anticipated dates spanning from late August 2026 through early June 2027 (pending final calendar approval).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure (or eligibility) as required for California schools
- Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in evaluation, intervention, and case management for students with varied needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, therapy, and consultative services to students with speech-language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned caseload
- Serve as case manager, collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals
- Collect, maintain, and report required documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing student progress meetings as needed
- Support students’ academic and social growth through targeted interventions
