Remote Speech Language Pathologist in GA

Providing specialized telepractice speech-language services within a school setting, this contract role based in Rome, GA offers the opportunity to support students’ communication development remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telepractice speech-language therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using evidence-based methods
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development as required
Desired Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
- Experience delivering speech-language therapy via telepractice platforms
- Strong understanding of school-based speech therapy practices and IEP development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students and collaborate with educational staff remotely
- Valid state licensure and compliance with telepractice regulations
