Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in GA
A full-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a year-round clinic setting serving birth to 21 years old. This role focuses on pediatric therapy with an emphasis on telespeech and traditional in-person services. The position is based in Lawrenceville, GA, with additional service locations in Loganville and Peachtree Corners.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services tailored to each client’s needs. Supervision of SLPA candidates is required when applicable, ensuring quality and compliance with professional standards.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC/CF) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric healthcare, school, or clinic settings
- Ability to provide telespeech services efficiently
- Willingness to supervise SLPA practitioners if applicable
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, especially proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) due to nonverbal pediatric clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for working with diverse age groups and needs
