Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Rosa, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible for California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also welcome
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in providing teletherapy services a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and in-depth assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both onsite and virtually, targeting a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote optimal student outcomes
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and reports
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and multidisciplinary team meetings
