Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Santa Rosa, California

Ideal candidates possess:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (California)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience or keen interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Strong collaborative spirit for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
In this position, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Prepare and implement individualized plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in person and via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain thorough documentation and ongoing progress reports
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to monitor development and provide strategies for support
- Take part in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights supporting academic success
