Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Santa Rosa, California

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in progress CFY
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs
- Conduct assessments and interpret results for service qualification and goal planning
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain detailed session notes and contribute to IEP documentation
- Deliver services both in-person and virtually, as directed
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
