Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and possess or are eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or are actively pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in California
  • CCC-SLP or in process of completing CFY
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is an asset
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educational teams and parents
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
  • Stay current on best practices within pediatric speech-language pathology
