Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Standish, CA

Qualifications & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California SLP Services Credential (or eligibility to obtain)
- Fingerprint clearance and completion of all required onboarding documents
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Previous experience working in schools is a plus, but not mandatory
- Capacity to effectively manage a caseload and contribute positively to multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy in line with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver detailed evaluation reports
- Develop, monitor, and present IEP goals at meetings
- Maintain precise documentation, including service logs and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, OTs, and families to maximize student potential
- Support students across a variety of eligibility categories such as SLI, Autism, SLD, Intellectual and Other Health Impairments
- Consult on classroom accommodations and aid in AAC usage as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning
