Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Ramon, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and credentialing for schools
- Open to both CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
- Passion for school-based practice and student-centered care
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Comfortable working onsite, engaging directly with students and staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation
- Not open to SLPAs at this time
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement IEP-driven interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation reflecting student progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
