- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates will be considered
- Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create engaging therapy sessions tailored to student needs
Role Expectations:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students with a variety of communication disorders
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
