Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in San Luis Obispo, CA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure or eligibility; open to both CCC-SLP and SLP-CFY (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to deliver therapy services in accordance with individualized plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional growth
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy sessions based on students’ needs
- Create and update IEP documentation, attend meetings, and actively participate in student support teams
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to monitor progress and ensure comprehensive support
- Provide mentorship and supervision for CFY designees if applicable
