Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid SLP-CCC or CFY credentials, or SLP/SLPA license (healthcare or school emphasis welcome)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in K-12 settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, assessment, and documentation procedures
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students identified with speech and language needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain precise records and adhere to state and district guidelines
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational setting
