Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Scotts Valley, CA
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Scotts Valley, California. This position will support students at the elementary and high school levels and is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with a diverse range of student needs and age groups.
Position Details:
- Full-time
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Elementary & High School
- Approximately 45–50 students on caseload
- School-based setting

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data and documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff.
- Develop appropriate interventions and strategies to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible California SLP license
- Appropriate California school-based credentialing
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience working with elementary and/or high school students preferred
- Strong IEP, evaluation, documentation, and progress-monitoring skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
