Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license (including Clinical Fellow Year applicants)
- CCC preferred; new graduates and SLPAs with school or healthcare experience are also encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- Ability to design and implement therapy plans for K-12 students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance to school teams
