Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Concord, California

Ideal candidates bring experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings, and can be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), hold CCCs, or be an SLPA with relevant school or healthcare background.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with K-12 students in schools or pediatric healthcare
- Ability to complete assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and team members
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and track student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions to meet IEP goals
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and required documentation
- Offer support and guidance to facilitate students’ communication success in the classroom
