Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Vallejo, CA

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence highly desired, CFY considered)
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, assessment, and documentation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods for both in-person and virtual delivery, if needed
- Previous work with diverse student backgrounds is a plus
- SLPA supervision experience is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
- Supervise SLPAs as appropriate in accordance with licensure requirements
