Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or educational background in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- SLP and/or SLPA with relevant school or healthcare experience
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy for individuals and small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to support academic and emotional growth
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and comply with all school and state documentation requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as an advocate for student communication needs
