Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility; CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings is strongly preferred
- SLPA applicants with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for diverse K-12 student populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a K-12 caseload of approximately 55 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Support and mentor CFY candidates or SLPA staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
