Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA licensure.
- Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation guidelines.
- Provide therapy in both individual and group settings as needed.
