Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Los Osos, CA

This position, based near Los Osos, CA, is designed for both experienced CCC-SLPs and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). With 37.5 hours per week, you'll collaborate within a dynamic school team, helping young learners achieve communication milestones and unlocking their fullest potential. Supervision is provided for CFs, ensuring you’ll have the guidance and mentorship to succeed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active or eligible California SLP license
- Open to CCC-SLPs and CFY-SLPs (supervision available for CFs/new grads)
- Experience with pediatric or elementary populations is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records of interventions and student development
- Effectively communicate progress and strategies to families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a team-based approach
